Itinerary
DAY 1
The group will gather at Kashmere Gate or Majnu Ka Tilla, where you’ll meet your trip captain and get to know your
fellow travelers.
Our journey to Manali begins around 6 PM in a comfortable AC vehicle. Along the way, we’ll take a dinner break at a well-chosen roadside restaurant, as arranged by the Volvo operator
DAY 2
Arrive in Manali and check into the hotel. Join a briefing session to prepare for the upcoming journey.
Today is dedicated to acclimatization,allowing your body to adapt to the altitude. Later, self explore Manali — visit the serene Vashisht Temple, the historic Hadimba Temple, the lively Mall Road Overnight stay at the hotel (dinner included)
Note: It is recommended to acclimatize properly and avoid strenuous activities to ensure a smooth journey ahead.
DAY 3
Begin your day with an early breakfast before setting out for Sarchu—the gateway to Leh. Your route takes you through
the legendary Atal Tunnel and the breathtaking Baralacha La Pass (15,910 ft.).
En route, Sissu Valley and pass through the picturesque towns of Keylong, Jispa, and Darcha. Pause for a refreshing break at the serene Deepak Tal, glide past Zing Zing Bar, and soak in the surreal beauty of Suraj Tal.
By evening, settle into Sarchu and enjoy engaging group activities Overnight stay in Sarchu. (B + D)
DAY 4
Wake up, have breakfast, and check out of the camps. Our journey begins with the thrilling Gata Loops, a series of 21 hairpin bends, followed by the scenic Nakee La and Lachung La passes.
By afternoon, we’ll arrive at Pang, where we’ll take a break and enjoy lunch Post lunch, drive through the mesmerizing More Plains, a 40-kilometer-long straight stretch of road surrounded by breathtaking barren landscapes.
Cross the mighty Tanglang La Arrive in Leh by evening, where you’ll have time to rest, acclimatize, and explore at leisure. B + D & Overnight stay in Leh.
DAY 5
Wake up to a refreshing morning, enjoy a delicious breakfast, and check out from the hotel.
Set off on a scenic drive to Nubra Valley, crossing Khardung La (18,380 ft.), the second-highest motorable pass in the world.
Upon arrival, check into your camps/guesthouse and take in the tranquil surroundings. Head out to explore the mesmerizing Sand Dunes, known as India’s Cold Desert, and indulge in exciting activities like a Double- Humped Camel Safari and ATV rides (self-sponsored).

DAY 6
After a hearty breakfast, set out on a scenic drive to Pangong Lake En route, visit the magnificent Diskit Monastery, home to a towering 100-foot Buddha statue, offering panoramic views of Nubra Valley.
By evening, arrive at the breathtaking Pangong Tso, a highaltitude alpine lake renowned for its ever-changing shades of blue.

DAY 7
Wake up to the mesmerizing sight of the first golden rays illuminating the pristine Pangong Lake. After a wholesome breakfast, set off for Hanle, with a special stop at the Rezang La War Memorial to honor the brave soldiers who made the ultimate sacrifice.
By evening, arrive at the serene village of Hanle, home to India’s first and largest Astronomical Observatory If time allows, explore the Hanle Observatory As night descends, witness one of the most spectacular stargazing experiences under the unpolluted Himalayan skies.
Enjoy a cozy overnight stay at a local homestay in Hanle (shared washrooms). (B + D)
DAY 8
After a hearty breakfast, bid farewell to the tranquil village of Hanle and begin your journey back to Leh.
If time allows, visit the peaceful Thiksey Monastery and explore the historic Shey Palace, soaking in the final glimpses of Ladakh’s rich cultural heritage.
By evening, arrive in Leh and enjoy some self exploration—stroll through the bustling local markets. Dinner to be self sponsored while exploring Cafe’s in Leh.

DAY 9
After a wholesome breakfast, begin your return journey towards Jispa, a charming village nestled amidst breathtaking landscapes.
Following the same scenic route from Leh to Manali Arrive in Jispa by evening, unwind after the long drive Enjoy overnight stay in Jispa Camps. (Includes Breakfast & Dinner)
DAY 10
After a wholesome breakfast, begin your return journey towards Jispa, a charming village nestled amidst breathtaking landscapes.
Following the same scenic route from Leh to Manali Arrive in Jispa by evening, unwind after the long drive Enjoy overnight stay in Jispa Camps. (Includes Breakfast & Dinner)
DAY 11
Arrive back to Delhi in the morning by 8am Drop point Majnu ka Tilla & Kashmere Gate.

4. The company vehicle will only be responsible for travel from stay to the locations and back to our stays. Any travel beyond that will be chargeable if we are managing it for you all.
5. Mode of Transport like Train/Bus Etc can be changed with change in time & boarding/dropping point depending on the availibility without any prior notice to Participants.
6. If there are at least 8 participants, a trip leader will accompany the group throughout the journey. Alternatively, if the number falls below 8, we’ll provide 24/7 online support, ensuring all bookings are taken care of, though a leader won’t be physically present. Update for the same will be given 1 week Prior to the trip. (Additional Charges applicable if there are less number of people)
7. The trip offers basic facilities for food and accommodation, as Ladakh is an offbeat, rugged destination. This journey is all about embracing adventure and the raw beauty ofthe region, so please do not expect luxury.
8. This Ladakh road trip involves long hours of travel through extreme terrains, with an average journey of 10 hours per day. Please be prepared for challenging conditions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Q1. What is the fitness level required for Ladakh Trip?
A. This is a road trip and meant for everyone who is physically fit as it involves traveling to high altitude regions.

A. Age group is between 16yrs - 40yrs
Q3. I am a solo female wanting to Join, is it safe?
A. Yes we always have 25% Female Solo Travelers/Trekkers onboard & you will have an amazing experience.

A. Trekking shoes are not mandatory but, it will make the trip comfortable. Take a shoe with a good grip and high ankle support.

After 10 Days - No Refund
1. Cancellation charge is applied to the total trip cost, not on any partial or token amounts. E.g. if you paid 10,000 for a 25000 trip, 2 months in advance and decide to cancel a
trip less than 30 days before the trip start date, the cancellation charge will be applied to 25000, not 10,000.
2. Full Payment of the trip cost must be completed 30 before the trip begins. Pending Payments may eventually lead to the cancellation of the trip.
3. None of the amount is transferrable to any other trip or trek & no credit notes will be given.
4. If the Trip is canceled from our end, a Minimal 7% amount will be deducted & for the remaining amount a Credit Note will be provided to use on any other Treks & Trips (Cash refund won't be provided and cancellation due to reasons not in or control like natural calamity, man-made incidents etc or any other reason is not applicable here)
5. In Case of Trip Extension due to Weather or any unforeseen conditions, the individual will have to pay 2500/- Cash Per Day to the Trip Leader on the Spot.
6. The itinerary/Entire location for the Trip/Trek/Event is subject to change due to Weather Conditions or any other reasons & it is Trekkers United’s Decision and not liable for any prior notice to participants. We value everyone’s safety over the Trip. No refund,Credit or transfer to other trip options shall be provided in such a situation.
7. Cancellation of the trip or any location due to reasons out of our control like natural calamities or man-made incidents like strikes and change in state rules won’t be our responsibility. The participants will be liable to bear the cost of any such incidents.

9. Sightseeing of all the places depends on various factors like weather, train delay, vehicle breakdown, punctuality of everyone, peak season rush & we or any of our team members will not be responsible.
10. If Train tickets are in RAC/Waiting, there will be an extra charge of 600 - 800/- per person & 90% guarantee of the confirmed Tatkal Tickets.
11. Mode of Transport like Train/Bus Etc can be changed depending upon the availability with change in time & boarding/dropping point depending on the availability without any prior notice to Participants.
12. The photos/videos content created on Trekkers United’s trip (by our leaders) is the property of Trekkers United and can only be used by us for advertising across media platforms. None of the digital content can be used by anyone for advertising/commercial use without obtaining the rightful permissions from Trekkers United.
13. The IDs shall all be verified before boarding. No boarding shall be entertained without a valid Govt. ID.
14. Travelers must take care of their luggage & belongings. The management shall not be responsible for any damage or any missing items along the tour.
15. Our time of departure is fixed and the travelers must depart by the stated time & keep their status updated with the trip coordinator(s). Anyone missing the transport shall not be eligible for any refunds.
16. In case of injury/illness occurring to a participant during the tour, external evacuation/ transport services may need to be engaged to safeguard the health of the participant, In such a case any additional cost arising from making such arrangements will have to be borne by the concerned participant/participant’s family.
17. Only one offer or credit can be used at a time; multiple offers or credits cannot be combined simultaneously.
18. Trekkers United can send back any Participant who is caught doing mischief,misbehaving with other members OR if you’re found doing illegal activity or breaking rules of the trek/trip and no refund or credit will be provided.
19. In any other Scenario other than the above-mentioned, Trekkers United has the sole right to alter/Change/Make Decisions. We Value Everyone’s Safety over other things.
20. Some participants anticipate receiving a voucher/refund if they descend from a trek for any reason. However, we do not provide vouchers in such cases. This situation arises if your trek leader decides to send you back due to reasons such as insufficient fitness, any other health issues, or injuries. It also applies if you are caught drinking, smoking, or violating trek rules, or if you voluntarily decide to quit the trek for personal reasons.
21. If your entire group is compelled to terminate the trek/event after starting the trip for reasons such as sudden bad weather, trail interruptions, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances. Please note that no voucher/refund will be provided in this scenario.
