Devkund, situated in Maharashtra's Sahyadri range, is celebrated for its stunning natural beauty and pristine surroundings. The trek to Devkund takes adventurers through dense forests and rocky terrains, promising glimpses of diverse flora and fauna along the way. The highlight of the trek is the breathtaking Devkund Waterfall, where a serene plunge pool forms beneath the cascading waters.

DAY 1

22:30 : Borivali national park

23:00 : Andheri Shivneri bus stop

23:30 : Sion circle

00:00 : Ghatkopar, amar mahal

00:30 : Vashi, Sector 30

1:15 : Kharghar Three Monkey Point

11:30pm : FC College

12:00am : Baner Phata, Aundh

12:15am : Radha Chowk, Baner

DAY 2

06:00 : We reach the starting point & start the Trek to the midst of clouds post Breakfast.

09:00 : Arrive at the waterfall and be captivated by its breathtaking views. Enjoy the serene surroundings, though deep water swimming is prohibited for safety reasons.

11:00 : Start descending.

13:00 : Reach Base Village & Have Lunch

15:00 : Proceed back to Mumbai/Pune

20:00 : Reach back Mumbai/Pune

Age Policy for Treks & Trips

Our treks and trips are designed for participants aged 16 to 35 years. If a booking is made by someone outside this age range, a 3% conveyance fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded within 5–7 working days.
Please note: Carrying a valid ID proof is mandatory for all participants on every trek and trip.


1) Post Booking WhatsApp groups for further updates will be created 6 hours before the departure. Please avoid calls unless urgent. For any queries you can drop a WhatsApp message.

2) Only one offer or credit can be used at a time; multiple offers or credits cannot be combined simultaneously

3) Trek schedule is subject change/delay due to unavoidable circumstances like Vehicle break down, Extreme rush during the Trek, overall group speed and Trekkers United is not responsible for the delay.

4) Food provided on all weekend treks/camping are local delicacies prepared by the villagers in the remote areas of Maharashtra. Jain food will be provided but options will be very limited.

5) Avoid wearing precious Jewellery/valuables while trekking, as Trekkers United won’t be responsible for any losses for the same.

6) Swimming in the deep water is strictly prohibited, Trekkers United wont be responsible for any loss.

7) Mobile connectivity is limited in the area

8) Carrying any kind of substance that’s illegal is not allowed. Smoking is strictly not allowed.

9) Sightseeing of all the places depends on various factors like weather, train delay, vehicle breakdown, punctuality of everyone, peak season rush & we or any of our team member will not be responsible.

9) Mode of Transport like Train/Bus Etc can be changed with change in time & boarding/dropping point depending on the availability/any avoidable circumstance without any prior notice to Participants

11) Management won't be held responsible if you are stuck due to heavy rains, traffic jams, personal emergencies or floods during the event & you miss our bus/train

12) Rock Climbing, Rappelling, Trekking, or any outdoor adventure activity is potentially risky. For all these events, you are at your own risk. Organizers are not responsible for any accident or compensation in whatsoever manner.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

TREKKERS UNITED – TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Registration, Cancellation & Transfer Policy

    • Registration amount is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

    • No refund, transfer, adjustment, or credit shall be provided in case of cancellation by the participant for any reason whatsoever.

    • Registration cannot be transferred to another person, trek, trip, event, or future departure.

  2. Registration Confirmation

    • Registration shall be considered confirmed only after receipt of full payment and submission of payment confirmation on WhatsApp or any other mode specified by Trekkers United.

  3. Fitness Declaration

    • Participants confirm that they are physically and mentally fit to participate in the trek/event.

    • Participants are responsible for assessing their own fitness level before registering.

    • Any pre-existing medical condition, injury, allergy, or medication requirement must be disclosed to the organizers before the event.

  4. Assumption of Risk

    • Participants understand and acknowledge that trekking, hiking, outdoor adventure activities, and travel involve inherent risks including but not limited to slips, falls, injuries, accidents, animal/insect bites, rockfall, weather-related incidents, and transportation-related risks.

    • By registering, participants voluntarily accept all such risks.

  5. Liability Disclaimer

    • In the event of any accident, injury, illness, disability, loss, damage, death, natural calamity, or any unforeseen incident occurring before, during, or after the event, Trekkers United, its organizers, volunteers, coordinators, and trek leaders shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss, claim, compensation, or damages.

  6. Schedule & Itinerary Changes

    • Trekkers United reserves the right to modify, alter, postpone, reschedule, shorten, extend, or cancel any part of the itinerary, schedule, route, activity, or event without prior notice due to weather conditions, safety concerns, operational requirements, government restrictions, or any unforeseen circumstances.

  7. Trip/Trek/Event Cancellation by Organizer

    • If a trip, trek, or event is cancelled by Trekkers United due to operational reasons, a credit note may be issued at the sole discretion of Trekkers United after deduction of applicable administrative and processing charges.

    • Cash refunds shall not be provided.

    • The validity, usage conditions, and transferability of any credit note shall be determined by Trekkers United.

  8. Force Majeure

    • Trekkers United shall not be responsible for cancellations, delays, route changes, interruptions, or inability to conduct the event due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:

      • Natural disasters

      • Heavy rainfall

      • Landslides

      • Floods

      • Earthquakes

      • Epidemics or pandemics

      • Government restrictions

      • Political unrest

      • Strikes

      • Road closures

      • Transportation disruptions

      • Any other force majeure situation

    • No refund, transfer, compensation, or credit note shall be provided in such cases.

  9. Weather, Route & Location Changes

    • The itinerary, route, destination, activity sequence, timing, or location may be changed due to weather conditions, safety concerns, government restrictions, local conditions, or any other operational reasons.

    • Such decisions shall be final and binding.

    • No refund, compensation, or credit shall be provided in such situations.

  10. Participant Conduct

  • Participants must follow all instructions given by trek leaders, coordinators, organizers, and local authorities.

  • Any participant engaging in misconduct, nuisance, indiscipline, abusive behavior, violence, harassment, illegal activities, or any behavior affecting the safety or experience of others may be removed from the event immediately without refund or compensations

  • Alcohol, Smoking & Substance Abuse

  • Consumption or possession of alcohol, smoking, tobacco products, narcotics, illegal substances, or any intoxicating material during the trek/event is strictly prohibited. Any participant found violating this rule may be sent back immediately at their own expense without refund or credit.

 11. Participant Removal

  • Trekkers United reserves the right to remove or send back any participant if:

    • They are found medically unfit.

    • Their fitness level is insufficient for the activity.

    • They violate trek rules.

    • They engage in unsafe behavior.

    • Their conduct negatively impacts the group.

  • No refund, voucher, transfer, compensation, or credit shall be provided in such cases

12. Voluntary Withdrawal

  • If a participant voluntarily decides to leave, quit, descend, or discontinue participation at any stage of the event for personal reasons, no refund, voucher, transfer, compensation, or credit shall be provided.

13. Group Termination Due to Unforeseen Circumstances

  • If the entire group is required to terminate, shorten, postpone, or abandon the trek/event after commencement due to bad weather, government restrictions, safety concerns, trail interruptions, natural calamities, or any unforeseen circumstances, no refund, voucher, transfer, compensation, or credit shall be provided.

14. Medical Emergencies

  • In case of injury, illness, accident, or any medical emergency, Trekkers United will make reasonable efforts to assist the participant and arrange necessary support.

  • However, all medical expenses, hospitalization expenses, rescue expenses, evacuation expenses, transportation expenses, and related costs shall be borne solely by the participant or their family members.

15. Emergency Contact

  • Participants must provide a valid emergency contact number at the time of registration.

  • Trekkers United reserves the right to contact the emergency contact person in case of any emergency.

16. Personal Belongings

  • Participants are solely responsible for the safety and security of their personal belongings.

  • Trekkers United shall not be liable for any loss, theft, damage, or misplacement of personal belongings.

17. Transportation

  • Transportation arranged by Trekkers United shall be limited to the designated pickup points, event locations, and return points specified in the itinerary.

  • Any transportation beyond the planned route or schedule shall be chargeable.

  • Additional costs arising from delays, diversions, roadblocks, strikes, natural calamities, vehicle breakdowns, or unforeseen circumstances shall be borne by the participants.

18. Travel Delays

  • All travel timings mentioned in the itinerary are tentative and subject to change due to traffic, weather conditions, road conditions, vehicle breakdowns, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • No compensation, refund, or claim shall be entertained for delays.

19. Photography & Media Consent

  • Photographs, videos, audio recordings, and other media may be captured during the event.

  • Participants grant Trekkers United the unrestricted right to use, publish, reproduce, and distribute such content for promotional, marketing, social media, and business purposes without compensation.

20. Environmental Responsibility

  • Participants must respect nature and local communities.

  • Littering, damaging property, disturbing wildlife, or engaging in environmentally harmful activities is strictly prohibited.

  • Any penalties, fines, or liabilities arising from a participant's actions shall be borne solely by that participant..

21, Decision-Making Authority

  • Trekkers United reserves the right to make decisions necessary for participant safety, operational requirements, weather conditions, regulatory compliance, logistics management, and successful conduct of the event.

  • All such decisions shall be final and binding on participants.

22. Acceptance of Terms

  • By making payment and registering for the event, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the above terms and conditions and undertake to abide by them throughout the event.

A practical suggestion: for consumer-law compliance and customer trust, consider keeping a separate participant cancellation policy (strictly non-refundable) and an organizer cancellation policy (credit note or refund terms clearly defined). This reduces disputes later because the distinction is explicit.
