Itinerary
DAY 1
The Beautiful Journey to Himachal will Commence from Mumbai. Assemble at Bandra railway Station and Meet our Co-ordinates. Train no. 12216 Pune people will travel by Shivshahi bus to Borivali & then Board the train from Borivali.
DAY 2
Arrival In Delhi & Proceed to Manali by AC Volvo bus with beautiful views & do not miss our TU fam Fun during the Journey.(Overnight Bus Journey)
DAY 3
Brace yourself as you move from cityscapes to Beautiful Landscapes of Mountains and open fields. Arrive early morning at Manali campsite, get Freshen up and get ready for Adventure Activities like Burma Bridge, Flying Fox & more. ( Lunch, Dinner Included)
DAY 4
Early Morning Post Breakfast we drive from Manali - Jobri, During the drive, you can see stunning views of the Vashisht Temple, which is the origin of natural hot springs, a quaint settlement called Jobri, several other villages along with Prini, a snow-clad hamlet. From Jobri our Trek starts, Upon arrival in the hamlet at Chikka, check-in into the camps. (Overnight Stay in Camps & All Meals Included)
DAY 5
Waking up today, enjoy your morning meal and get prepared for the adventure ahead! Following the usual trails from the Chika camp, you will reach a wooden bridge, crossing which you will come to a stream that has high density and flow of the water. Maintaining left from here, you will gain some height and the trail will take you through a flowery meadow and a picturesque stream. Crossing this stream, you will finally reach Bhalu Ka Ghera (Overnight Stay in Camps & All Meals Included)
DAY 6
Today will be the most stunning day of the Hampta Pass trek, as you will be ascending to the pass within the day from 12500 ft to 14100 ft. Starting with an early morning trek, maintain left to the valley and make your way through the snowy meadows. Hereafter, the hike will become more exciting. (Overnight Stay in Camps & All Meals Included)
DAY 7
Today’s trail comprises of easy and gradual hike, the rest will be a bit of adventurous as the trek will become easy to descend in Snow, evening Fun & Games at the Campsite & we will be going to Chandrataal only if the road remains open. Overnight stay in Chhatru & All Meals Included)
DAY 8
4 - 5 hour Drive and drive back to Manali, arrive at Manali by afternoon. You can Explore Manali in Evening. (Overnight in Hotel/Camps & Breakfast & Lunch Included)
DAY 9
Happiness isn’t something you experience its something you remember. Post River Rafting in the Beas River, Proceed Back to Delhi in Evening. Night Journey in Bus where you cherish each and every moment spent in the entire journey with a bunch of new friends. (Overnight Journey, Breakfast Included)
DAY 10
We arrive Delhi in the Morning & post Lunch we board our return train to Mumbai. Entire day journey in train with passing the time by chit chatting and playing cards and fun. we bid farewell to you with Sweet memories and Bon voyage. Train no. 12910
DAY 11
Its time to have an end to the Journey but it is the journey that matters in the end. Arrive Mumbai with Sweet memories and its time for farewell. Pune people will board Shivshahi bus from borivali to pune.

In the event that the Chandrataal route is closed, we will return by same trek route
which we accended. Please be aware that any additional costs incurred due to these
last-minute itinerary changes will be the responsibility of the participants.
1. BALANCE PAYMENT HAS TO BE CLEARED AT LEAST 30 DAYS BEFORE THE TRIP. UPON FAILING TO PAY, YOUR REGISTRATION WILL BE CANCELLED WITHOUT ANY REFUND OR TRANSFER
2. Cancellation charge is applied on the total trip cost, not on any partial or token amounts. E.g. if you paid 10,000 for a 25000 trip, 2 months in advance and decide to cancel a trip less than 30 days before the trip start date, the cancellation charge will be applied on 25000, not 10,000.
3. The amount is not transferrable to any other trip or trek, and no credit notes will be given.
4. If the Trip is canceled from our end, a Minimal 7% amount will be deducted & for the remaining amount a Credit Note will be provided to use on any other Treks & Trips (Cash refund won't be provided and cancellation due to reasons not in or control like natural calamity, man-made incidents etc or any other reason is not applicable here)
5. In Case of a Trip Extension due to Weather or any unforeseen conditions, the Individual will have to pay 2500/—cash Per Day to the Trip Leader on the Spot.
6. The itinerary/Entire location for the Trip/Trek/Event is subject to change due to the Weather Conditions or any other reasons & it is Trekkers United’s Decision and not liable for any prior notice to participants. We value everyone’s safety over the Trip. No refund, Credit or transfer to other trip options shall be provided in such a situation.
7. Cancellation of the trip or any location due to reasons out of our control like natural calamities or man-made incidents like strikes and changes in state rules won’t be our responsibility. The participants will be liable to bear the cost on any such incidents.
8. The company vehicle will only be responsible for travel from our stay to the locations and back to our stays. Any travel beyond that will be chargeable if we are managing it for you all.
9. Sightseeing of all the places depends on various factors like weather, train delay, vehicle breakdown, punctuality of everyone, peak season rush & we or any of our team member will not be responsible.
10. If Train tickets are in RAC/Waiting, there will be an extra charge of 600 - 800/- per person & 90% guarantee of the confirmed Tatkal Tickets

Q1. What is the fitness level required for the Hampta Pass Trek and how hard is the trek?
A. This trek moderate and meant for everyone, right from fit/
adventurous to Beginners.
Q2. What is the ratio of Trek Leaders to Participant?
A. We always have this ratio of 1 trek Leader for every 12 participant.
Q3. When to Book this Trek?
A. If you are planning to join us from Mumbai/Pune, Book it well in advance because usually Train Tickets are not available
Q4 What is the Maximum Altutude of Hampta Pass Trek ?
A. Hampta Pass – 14100 ft
Q5. What will be the daytime and night temperature?
A. During day time the temperature will be around 15° and during night it will fall down to 5°
Q6. Are trekking shoes mandatory?
A. Trekking shoes are not mandatory but, it will make the trek comfortable. Take a shoe with a good grip and high ankle support. It would be better if the shoes are waterproof.
Q7. What is the size of trekking group?
A. 20 to 25 People
Q8. Are accommodation for men and women separate?
A. Yes, men and women will not be sharing tents, unless they are in personal group.
Q9. What kind of food you provide during the trek?
A. We provide food for 4 times in a day i.e. Breakfast, lunch, evening snacks and dinner.
Q10. How are the washroom facility in Trek.
A.During the Trek, Washroom Tents are available with dry pits which means no water & you have to use tissue papers.
Q11. Is there any training required for this Trek?
A. You dont need to worry too much. Basic Training 3 weeks prior to the trek will be sufficent to prepare.
Week 1: Start with 10 minute of jog eventually turning into 10 minutes of easy walk
Week 2: 15 minutes of jog & 10 minutes of Stairs up & down
Week 3: Run for 2kms - 3kms & 15 minutes of Stairs up & down

Before 45 Days - 50% Refund on the Registration amount
45 - 30 Days - No Refund on Registration
30 - 20 Days - 25% Refund on Full Amount
20 - 10 Days - 10% Refund on Full Amount
After 10 Days - No Refund

Any additional expenses arising from unforeseen circumstances—such as changes in transportation, delays, route modifications, natural events, strikes, or other disruptions beyond our control—will need to be borne by the participants. While we will make every effort to arrange suitable alternatives and ensure minimal inconvenience, please note that such costs are not included in the original package and will be communicated separately, if applicable. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such situations.
12. Travel /trekking involve inherent risks, including but not limited to natural calamities, health issues, accidents, injuries, or other unforeseen events. While Trekkers United will make every reasonable effort to provide assistance in such situations, we shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss, injury, accident, damage, or death that may occur during the trip/trek. All participants travel at their own risk and responsibility, and are advised to ensure they are physically fit and adequately insured before joining any activity.
13. If Train tickets are in RAC/Waiting, there will be extra charge of 600 - 800/- per person & 90% guarantee of the confirmed Tatkal Tickets.
14. Mode of Transport like Train/Bus Etc can be changed depending upon the availiblity with change in time & boarding/dropping point depending on the availibility without any prior notice to Participants.
15. The photos/videos content created on Trekkers United’s trip (by our leaders) is the property of Trekkers United and can only be used by us for advertising across media platforms. None of the digital content can be used by anyone for advertising/commercialuse without obtaining the rightful permissions by Trekkers United.
16. The IDs shall all be verified before boarding. No boarding shall be entertained without avalid Govt. ID.
17. Travelers must take care of their luggage & belongings. The management shall not be responsible for any damage or any missing items along the tour.
18. Our time of departure is fixed and the travelers must depart by the stated time & keep their status updated with the trip coordinator(s). Anyone missing the transport shall not be eligible for any refunds.
19. In case of injury or illness during the tour, external evacuation or transport services may be required to ensure the participant’s safety. Any additional costs
for such arrangements will need to be borne by the participant or their family. Please note, the Trip Captain will not accompany the participant during evacuation, as they are responsible for the rest of the group also. However, we will arrange for a reliable local person to assist. While Trekkers United will make every effort to coordinate necessary support, we do not take responsibility for the risks involved or the outcomes of third-party services. We strongly recommend that participants have appropriate travel and medical insurance.
20. Only one offer or credit can be used at a time; multiple offers or credits cannot be combined simultaneously.
21. Trekkers United can send back any Participants who is caught doing mischiefs,misbehaving with other members OR if you’re found doing illegal activity or breaking rules of the trek/trip and no refund or credit will be provided.
22. In any other Scenarios other then the above mentioned, Trekkers United has the sole right to alter/Change/Make Decisions. We Value Everyone’s Safety over other things.
23. Some participants anticipate receiving a voucher/refund if they descend from a trek/trip for any reason. However, we do not provide vouchers in such cases. This situation arises if your trip leader decides to send you back due to reasons such as insufficient fitness, any other health issues, or injuries. It also applies if you are caught drinking, smoking, or violating rules, or if you voluntarily decide to quit for personal reasons.
24. If your entire group is compelled to terminate the trek/event after starting the trip for reasons such as sudden bad weather, trail interruptions, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances. Please note that no voucher/refund will be provided in this scenario.
