- Important Travel Advisory – Arunachal Pradesh
Arunachal Pradesh is an offbeat and remote destination where weather conditions are unpredictable and road travel may be affected by landslides, heavy rain, snowfall, black ice, or other unforeseen natural events. Due to limited mountain roads, the group may be required to halt at the point of disruption. Such delays are unpredictable and beyond anyone’s control, and may result in changes to the itinerary, including missed sightseeing or inability to reach certain destinations on time. In rare and extreme situations, because of limited accommodation in remote areas, clients may need to stay overnight in vehicles or nearby settlements.

Trekkers United will make all reasonable efforts to manage such situations safely, but cannot be held responsible for delays, itinerary changes, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our control. Client safety will always be our top priority.

- Trip Coordinator Policy
If the group has 8 or more participants, a dedicated trip coordinator will accompany you throughout the journey.
If the group size is below 8, all arrangements will be handled smoothly—however, a physical trip leader will not be present. (Additional charges apply for smaller groups requesting an on-ground leader.)
