Itinerary
DAY 1
We Proceed by Private AC Bus from Mumbai, below are the Pickup points :
10:30am : Andheri Gundavli Metro station
11:00am : Sion Hospital
12:00pm : Ghatkopar Amar Mahal
12:30pm : Bhandup Pumpinp
1:00pm : Viviana Mall, Thane
1:30pm : Bhiwandi Bypass
15:00 pm: We take a lunch/Snacks break at a restaurant & later proceed to our Campsite at Bhandardara from Kasara by Private Jeeps
18:30 pm: let your soul feel the beautiful sunset near the waterfront with majestic views & later proceed to our camping location followed by evening snacks
20:30 pm: – Settle down and enjoy the cold breeze with some fun games.
22:00pm: - Taste the yummy delicious meal in dim light ambiance of the campsite.(Jain options available) Post dinner its our DJ Night! Its time to unfold your moves & groves onto the beats.
23:45pm : Its Countdown time, Lanterns lighting up hte night, cake on the table and the dance floor ready to explode.
12:30am : You can choose to gather over a bonfire with bollywood mashups or unwind under the stars.
Day 2
8:00 AM: Wake up to the breathtaking views of Bhandardara, surrounded by lush greenery and serene landscapes. After a delicious breakfast, gather for a memorable group photo to capture the essence of your adventure.
10:00 AM: Begin your journey back to Mumbai, cherishing the memories of your refreshing escape.
4:00 PM - 6:00 PM: Arrive in Mumbai, marking the end of an unforgettable trip.

How to Book :
Step 1 : Click on Dates & Costing - select the preferred date & location - fill up all the details - make the payment.
Step 2 : Kindly wait a few seconds after payment for the invoice to be generated automatically.
Step 3 : WhatsApp group will be formed 6 hours prior of the departure time for further communication, We kindly request that you avoid phone calls unless it is an emergency.
2) This is a complete offbeat experience in remote area with very limited resources but we try our best to provide utmost good services but please dont expect any kind of luxury. (Join Alibaug beach camping for a premium & Party experience)
3) 4 Washrooms are available at the campsite
4) WhatsApp group will be formed a night before & all these details will be posted
5) Event schedule is subject to change/delay due to unavoidable circumstances like Vehicle break down, Extreme rush during the Trek, overall group speed and Trekkers United is not responsible for the delay.
6) Food provided on all local treks/camps are local delicacies prepared by the local villagers in the remote areas of Maharashtra.
7)) If any natural calamity happens or any accident , death , illness occurred trekkers united or organizers are not responsible for any loss.
8) Age group is strictly 16-35yrs. If people of above or below that age group booking in that case 3% will be charged in refund amount.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
1) Invoice will auto download after payment on website
2) Registration Amount is Non Refundable & Non Transferrable in any situation.
3) If any natural calamity happens or any accident , death , illness occurred trekkers united or organizers are not responsible for any loss.
4) Schedule can be changed and Trekkers United has the sole rights to change schedule without any Prior Notice and debar any Participants who is caught doing mischiefs.
5) None of the amount is transferrable to any other trip or treks & no credit notes will be given
6) If the Trip is cancelled from our end, Minimal 7% amount will be deducted & for the remaining amount a Credit Note will be Provided to use on any other Treks & Trips (Cash refund wont be provided)
