Kalsubai Trek offers adventurers an exhilarating journey to the summit of Kalsubai, the highest peak in Maharashtra, India, standing tall at 1,646 meters (5,400 feet) above sea level. The trek, starting from the base village of Bari, presents a moderate to challenging ascent with stunning panoramic views of the Sahyadri mountain range and the lush greenery below. The trek, often undertaken at dawn or dusk, promises a memorable experience amidst nature's grandeur and a sense of achievement upon reaching the pinnacle.

DAY 1
Tentative Schedule for Mumbai :- 21:32 pm (Saturday Night)
Participants have to catch CSMT KASARA local train

00:13 KASARA & Proceed to Base VIllage (2 hour drive via Jeeps)
DAY 2
02:30 : Will reach our base Village
03:00 am : Freshen up & start your sunrise trek to Kalsuba
07:00 am : Reach Top of the fort, mesmerised by the views of Sahyadri’s rest for a while & click some Pictures. Later we start to descend back & have breakfast at mid point.
12:00 : Reach back the base point & have your Lunch.
14:00 : Proceed back for your return journey to Kasara & board local train to CSMT
19::00 : Reach Back Mumbai

How to Book :
Step 1 : Click on Dates & Costing - select the preferred date & location - fill up all the details - make the payment.

Step 3 : WhatsApp group will be formed 6 hours prior of the departure time for further communication, We kindly request that you avoid phone calls unless it is an emergency.
1) Age Policy for Treks & Trips
Our treks and trips are designed for participants aged 15 to 35 years. If a booking is made by someone outside this age range, a 3% conveyance fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded within 5–7 working days.
Please note: Carrying a valid ID proof is mandatory for all participants on every trek and trip.
2) In case of heavy rainfall arises/government regulations/any factors out of our control where Trek is cancelled a day Prior, Alternate trek will be planned & if Alternate is not possible a Credit note will be given valid for 3 Months which can be reedemed of the amount you paid. Please note no Refund request will be entertained.
3) Only one offer or credit can be used at a time; multiple offers or credits cannot be combined simultaneously
4) Trek schedule/timing is subject change/delay due to unavoidable circumstances like Vehicle break down, Extreme rush during the Trek, overall group speed and Trekkers United is not responsible for the delay.
5) Food provided on all weekend treks/camping are local delicacies prepared by the villagers in the remote areas of Maharashtra. Jain food will be provided but options will be very limited.
6) Avoid wearing precious Jewellery/valuables while trekking, as Trekkers United won’t be responsible for any losses for the same.
7) Swimming in the deep water is strictly prohibited, Trekkers United wont be responsible for any loss.
8) Mobile connectivity is limited in the area
9) Carrying any kind of substance that’s illegal is not allowed. Smoking is strictly not allowed.
10) Sightseeing of all the places depends on various factors like weather, train delay, vehicle breakdown, punctuality of everyone, peak season rush & we or any of our team member will not be responsible.
11) Mode of Transport like Train/Bus Etc can be changed with change in time & boarding/dropping point depending on the availability/any avoidable circumstance without any prior notice to Participants
11) Management won't be held responsible if you are stuck due to heavy rains, traffic jams, personal emergencies or floods during the event & you miss our bus/train
12) Rock Climbing, Rappelling, Trekking, or any outdoor adventure activity is potentially risky. For all these events, you are at your own risk. Organizers are not responsible for any accident or compensation in whatsoever manner.

A - It is a Easy - Moderate level Level Trek.

A - Around 15 - 45 people.

A - Average age is between 16 - 36 yrs
Q4) Is is safe for solo female travellers ?
A - Yes absolutely, we have many solo female travalers Joining us on various events.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
1)Registrations will be considered after full payment of the cost and after payment give a confirmation of that on Whatsapp
2) Registration Amount is Non Refundable & Non Transferrable in any situation.
3) If any natural calamity happens or any accident , death , illness occurred trekkers united or organizers are not responsible for any loss.
4) Schedule can be changed and Trekkers United has the sole rights to change schedule without any Prior Notice and debar any Participants who is caught doing mischiefs.
5) None of the amount is transferrable to any other trip or treks & no credit notes will be given
6) If the Trip is cancelled from our end, Minimal 7% amount will be deducted & for the remaining amount a Credit Note will be Provided to use on any other Treks & Trips (Cash refund wont be provided)
7) Itinerary is subject to change due to Weather Condition or any other reason & Its the Trip Leaders Call. We value everyone’s safety over the Trip.
