15:00 pm: We proceed to our Campsite at Bhandardara from Kasara by Private Jeeps
18:30 pm: let your soul feel the beautiful sunset near the waterfront with majestic views & later proceed to our camping location followed by evening snacks
20:30 pm: – Settle down and enjoy the cold breeze with some fun games.
22:30pm: - Taste the yummy Veg/Jain delicious meal in dim light ambiance of the campsite. Post dinner its our Campfire time! Its time to unfold your own life and know others life as well. Goodnight & rest for the night.
DAY 2
8:00 AM: Wake up to the breathtaking views of Bhandardara, surrounded by lush greenery and serene landscapes. After a delicious breakfast, gather for a memorable group photo to capture the essence of your adventure.
10:00 AM: Begin your journey back to Kasara station, cherishing the memories of your refreshing escape.
4:00 PM - 6:00 PM: Arrive in Mumbai, marking the end of an unforgettable trip.

1) This is a complete offbeat experience in remote Village with very limited resources, still we try our best to provide utmost good services.
2) Basic Washroom Facilities are provided near to our campsite.
3) Registrations will be considered after full payment of the cost and after payment send a confirmation of that.
4) If any natural calamity happens or any accident , death , illness occurred trekkers united or organizers are not responsible for any loss.
5) Registration Amount is Non Refundable
7) Avoid wearing precious Jewellery while trekking, as Trekkers United won’t be responsible for any losses for the same.
8) Mobile connectivity is limited in the area
9) Consuming liquor or any kind of Alcoholic substance is prohibited. Carrying any kind of substance that’s illegal is not allowed. Smoking is strictly not allowed. Incase anybody is found consuming then Trekkers United has rights to Expell without Refund.
11) Trek schedule is subject to change/delay due to unavoidable circumstances like Vehicle break down, Extreme rush during the Trek, overall group speed and Trekkers United is not responsible for the delay.
12) Food provided on all local treks are local delicacies prepared by the local villagers in the remote areas of Maharashtra.
13) Trekkers United holds the right to make final decisions related to trip location / timing etc. in case of natural calamities / unexpected events for betterment, safety & best experience of participants.

A. Yes this is a beginner friendly camp.

A. People of age group 15 - 40 yrs can join.

A. Generally group size for Camping is 20 - 25 people.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
1)Registrations will be considered after full payment of the cost and after payment give a confirmation of that on Whatsapp
2) Registration Amount is Non Refundable & Non Transferrable in any situation.
3) If any natural calamity happens or any accident , death , illness occurred trekkers united or organizers are not responsible for any loss.
4) Schedule can be changed and Trekkers United has the sole rights to change schedule without any Prior Notice and debar any Participants who is caught doing mischiefs.
5) None of the amount is transferrable to any other trip or treks & no credit notes will be given
6) If the Trip is cancelled from our end, Minimal 7% amount will be deducted & for the remaining amount a Credit Note will be Provided to use on any other Treks & Trips (Cash refund wont be provided)
7) Itinerary is subject to change due to Weather Condition or any other reason & Its the Trip Leaders Call. We value everyone’s safety over the Trip.
