DAY 1
FOR MUMBAI :
12:30pm (Saturday) : Participants have to catch

15:00 pm: We proceed to Samrad from Kasara by Private Jeeps
FOR PUNE : (Only for 24th - 25th May & 7th - 8th June)
11:00am : Meet our Team leader at Ferguson College gate
11:15am : Khadki Ground
11:45am : Kasarwadi
12:00pm : Bhosari
12:15pm : Moshi chowk
06:30 pm: let your soul feel the beautiful sunset near the waterfront with majestic views & later proceed to our camping location followed by evening snacks
08:30 pm: – Settle down and enjoy the cold breeze with some fun games.
10:00pm: - Taste the yummy Veg/Jain delicious meal in dim light ambiance of the campsite. Post dinner its our Campfire time! Its time to unfold your own life and know others life as well. Goodnight & rest for sometime
11:00 pm: – Its time to start head into the Jungle where Fireflies might be visible, Explore the surrounding & if Visible sit back watch them & take some good Photos. Our team leaders will help you taking photos.
12:00 : Back to Camp & rest for the night or sit back & experience a night never before with Bonfire & music.
DAY 2
06:00am : Proceed for a Short Trek to Sandhan Valley (Optional). The famous Valley of Shadows is beautiful to witness, after clicking some beautiful picture we head back to village. Rappelling is optional (Mandatory adventure Insurance to be pre booked 300/- per person)
10:00 Am – We have some delicious Maharashtrian breakfast & It’s going to be hard to leave the campsite but will surely be taking the memories with us. Bid farewell with a promise to meet again.
13:00 : Mumbai people will reach Kasara & board Train to their respective station & Pune people will travel by their private bus.
18:00 : Reach back Mumbai/Pune by around 6 - 7pm.
Notes
Experiencing the glow of fireflies is a captivating natural phenomenon. The ideal time to witness this spectacle typically falls between Mid May and the 1st week of June; however, its occurrence is subject to various environmental factors such as climate conditions and rainfall. Please note that Trekkers United cannot guarantee firefly sightings and shall not be held responsible if the phenomenon is not visible during the visit. No Refund request shall be entertained.
1) In case of heavy showers in Sandhan region, Camping location will be changed to our Lake Side Bhandardara one as there is a shed at Bhandardara Camp. Please note no cancellation/transfer/refund option will be provided (additional cost for Bhandardara is 200/- pp)
2) We don’t provide Private bus option from Mumbai for this Camping because it nearly takes 6 hours from Mumbai considering the ghat roads & you wont be making the most of this amazing experience
3) This is a complete offbeat experience in remote area with very limited resources but we try our best to provide utmost good services but please dont expect any kind of luxury.
4) 2 Indian Washrooms are available at a walking distance of 15 minutes from the Campsite as we will camping open in the Jungle
5) WhatsApp group will be formed a night before for further communication.
6) Trek schedule is subject to change/delay due to unavoidable circumstances like Vehicle break down, Extreme rush during the Trek, overall group speed and Trekkers United is not responsible for the delay.
7) Food provided on all local treks are local delicacies prepared by the local villagers in the remote areas of Maharashtra.
8) If any natural calamity happens or any accident , death , illness occurred trekkers united or organizers are not responsible for any loss.
9) Age group is strictly 18-35yrs. If people of above or below that age group register in that case 3% will be charged in refund amount.

Q1) Is this a trekking Event ?
A - No its a Camping Event & on Day 2 there's Short Trek to Sandhan Valley, which is Optional.
Q2) What is the average group size?
A - Around 40-70 people.
Q3) What is the age group for this Event?
A - Age group 18 - 37 yrs only.
Q4) Is is safe for solo female travellers ?
A - Yes absolutely, we have many solo female travelers Joining us on various events.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Rappelling Booking will be done 1 day prior to the trip after Whatsapp group is formed. Per person cost with Insurance is 300/- for the same. (Optional Activity)
1) Registration amount is non refundable & non transferable in any condition.
2)Registrations will be considered after full payment of the cost and after payment give a confirmation of that on Whatsapp
3) If any natural calamity happens or any accident , death , illness occurs, trekkers united or organizers are not responsible for any loss in any case.
4) Schedule can be changed and Trekkers United has the sole rights to change schedule without any Prior Notice.
5) None of the amount is transferrable to any other trip or treks & no credit notes will be given.
6) If the Trip is cancelled from our end, Minimal 7% amount will be deducted & for the remaining amount a Credit Note will be Provided to use on any other Treks & Trips (Cash refund wont be provided and cancellation due to reasons not in or control like natural calamity, man made incidents etc or any other reason is not applicable here)
7) Itinerary/Entire location for Trip/Trek/Event is subject to change due to Weather Condition or any other reasons & it is Trekkers United's Decision and not liable for any prior notice to participants. We value everyone’s safety over the Trip. No refund or Credit shall be provided in such situation.
8) Trekkers United can send back any Participants who is caught doing mischiefs, OR if you’re found drinking/smoking or breaking rules of the trek and no refund or credit will be provided.
9) All photos/videos captured by Trekkers United are our exclusive property and may be used for promotional purposes. Clients cannot use the content commercially without written permission.
10) In case of any health issue/injury or any other condition where participant requires special care, Trekkers United will try our best to provide assistance and make necessary arrangements. Although all the expenses incurred will be paid by participant or his/her Family Members.
11) In any other Scenarios other then the above mentioned, Trekkers United has the sole right to alter/Change/Make Decisions. We Value Everyone's Safety over other things.
12) Some participants anticipate receiving a voucher/refund if they descend from a trek for any reason. However, we do not provide vouchers in such cases.
This situation arises if your trek leader decides to send you back due to reasons such as insufficient fitness, any other health issues, or injuries. It also applies if you are caught drinking, smoking, or violating trek rules, or if you voluntarily decide to quit the trek for personal reasons.
13)If your entire group is compelled to terminate the trek/event after starting the trip for reasons such as sudden bad weather, trail interruptions, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances. Please note that no voucher/refund will be provided in this scenario.
14) The company vehicle will only be responsible for travel from starting point to the locations and back. Any travel beyond that will be chargeable if we are managing it for you all or if there is any unavoidable circumstances like natural calamity, road block, strike or any other reason. Any additional cost in such situations will be beared by participants.
